Job summary

Morrison Express is seeking an HR Operations professional in Amsterdam to support onboarding, personnel administration, and HRIS management. You will maintain employee records, update org charts, and assist with interviews and performance processes.

The role also covers learning & development through Morrison Express Academy, plus offboarding, attendance, and process improvement initiatives. A strong communicator with HRIS experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with HRIS and related software is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding processes and provide information on travel allowances, contracts and staff cards.
• Administer local HR systems such as Bamboo, Profcare, and others.
• Handle personnel administration, contracts renewal and documentation per local laws.
• Maintain accurate employee files and update organizational charts monthly.
• Coordinate probation reviews, VOG & VGB management, and contract renewals.
• Manage Time Off and attendance reporting.
• Support offboarding activities and exit procedures.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; compile interview notes and documents.
• Support Morrison Express Academy with training program implementation and registration.
