Job summary

AFS Group B.V. is seeking a hands-on Junior Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join the Development team on the Vennex project—our MTF exchange platform for trading shares and bonds. You will drive Agile sprints, keep stakeholders aligned, and help optimize processes across niche markets.

You will work with product owners, analysts, and management on C-level, bringing a technical mindset and 1+ year of project experience. Amsterdam-based, on-site role with growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a Technical field.
• At least 1+ year of working experience in a project-based environment.
• Tech‑savvy with an interest in software development.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of financial services/trading/blockchain is a plus but not essential; industry curiosity matters more.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the IT-development team on continuous improvement.
• Estimate time, costs and impact of implementing the backlog.
• Prepare scrum events including sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Organize demo sessions and showcase progress.
• Draw up epics, stories and user stories with clear requirements.
• Create wireframes, flowcharts and swimlanes to visualize processes.
• Execute sprints within our Agile framework and contribute to Vennex and crowdfunding initiatives.
