This senior role requires an experienced Professional who can facilitate Agile ceremonies, define and validate functional requirements, and partner with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across large-scale transformation and innovation projects, from discovery through delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) to keep cross-functional teams aligned and productive.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Map and analyze current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements that deliver measurable value.
• Drive data governance and data modeling activities to ensure data structures and flows support business objectives.
• Assess and recommend business innovation opportunities, including AI applications for operational and marketing use cases.

Candidate profile

• 10+ years’ experience in project management and business consulting within complex, international environments.

• 6+ years’ experience in business analysis and business process analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience in business systems analysis and data governance, with practical knowledge of data modeling principles.
• Track record evaluating and implementing innovation initiatives, including AI-driven solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid and remote setups across multiple locations (Country).
