Job summary

Everience in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Scrum Master HS/MS/BVN to strengthen team flow in the energy transition. You will coach teams, implement agile practices, and improve sprint predictability within a SAFe environment, empowering delivery across clusters.

You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, and guide teams toward higher maturity while maintaining openness, feedback culture, and a constructive mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a (Senior) Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
Certified Scrum Master (minimum PSM II).
Strong organizational awareness and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial, flexible, pragmatic, and constructively critical mindset.
Strong command of the Dutch language.

Responsibilities

Build and guide teams toward high performance with passion and commitment.
Identify bottlenecks and introduce methods that enable teams to solve challenges independently.
Make work, dependencies, and risks visible while helping teams maintain clarity and focus.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
Resolve impediments both within and outside the team and ensure sustainable solutions.
