Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a financial services background who would like to make a big impact this year?

What are you going to do?

• Coaching and leading multiple teams and being the engine to drive them to work in an agile way.
• Understanding the technical aspects of what the team is working on.
• Developing and helping the teams grow with your personal touch.

Based on your knowledge and expertise, we expect you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the IT field.
• Have great experience in coaching and communicating with people.
• Have an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English is a plus.
• Having a good sense of humor is a big plus.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience working in the financial sector.
