Job summary

BLoSH in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to extend and improve its high-frequency trading systems. You will implement new trading algorithms in Rust, collaborate with engineers and analysts, and push ideas into production with ownership and urgency.

This full-time, on-site role requires a MSc and about 1–2 years of relevant experience in Rust, C, or C++. A strong focus on low-level performance, memory management, and ultra-low latency is essential.

Qualifications

• MSc in a relevant field with strong technical foundations.
• Experience in Rust, C or C++ and low-latency programming.
• Ability to test, benchmark and optimize high‑performance code.
