Aon Corporation in Amsterdam is seeking a Captive Employee Benefits Junior Analyst to support the Global Benefits practice and collaborate with specialists on an expanding client portfolio. The role is hybrid, combining home and office work, with 38.75 hours per week and Dutch smart-working hours.

You will analyze data, prepare client reports, coordinate with global and local teams, and assist with portfolio analyses and client projects while learning in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in an international team.
• Interest in employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with global and local teams to gather market insights.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and data from providers.
• Review and validate data to support client advice and decisions.
• Contribute to portfolio analyses and performance reviews of local plans.
• Assist with strategic accounts and custom projects.
• Participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and client experience.
