Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, HR, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • Excellent Excel skills with advanced functions (array formulas, nested IF, percentiles).
  • Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret complex datasets.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and motivation to develop knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing compensation and benefits data using Excel.
  • Conducting market analyses to improve reward program competitiveness.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to present insights to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement new strategies.
  • Keeping up with trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits.
