Job summary

Aon–Amsterdam is seeking a Captive Employee Benefits Junior Analyst to support the Global Benefits practice. You will assist with client reports, data validation, and market insights while collaborating with international teams.

The role is hybrid, with home and office work in Amsterdam, and benefits from flexible Dutch smart-working policies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required to begin your career in employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supporting account managers in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Responding to client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Coordinating with global and local teams to gather market insights and ensure alignment.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and data from providers.
• Reviewing and validating data to support client advice and decision‑making.
• Contributing to portfolio analyses, feasibility studies, and performance reviews of local plans.
• Assisting with strategic accounts and custom projects.
• Participating in initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and client experience.
