Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of European compensation practices. Benefits include 8% holiday allowance, hybrid working, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits.
• Knowledge of European compensation and benefits practices.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Total Rewards contact for HR and business leaders across Europe and LATAM.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses.
• Support the administration and evaluation of regional benefits programs.
