Job summary

Hunkemöller is offering an internship in compensation and benefits analytics in the Netherlands. You will work with HR data to identify trends, contribute to policy improvements, and prepare professional presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

3rd or 4th year student of a HBO/WO study in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Available for a minimum of 4 days per week (thesis possible).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; enjoys working with data and turning insights into action.

Responsibilities

Supporting compensation and benefits analyses, reporting, and benchmarking activities.
Working with HR analytics and people data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities—connecting data, business needs, and outcomes.
Contributing to the development and improvement of Compensation and Benefits policies, guidelines, and processes.
Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Store Operations, and Regional HR teams for alignment and compliance.
Preparing clear, professional, on-brand presentations for internal stakeholders.
Supporting the Compensation and Benefits Manager with projects during the internship period.
