Responsibilities

• Create job postings: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities, and write clear and compelling job descriptions.
• Screening and selection: Review and shortlist CVs based on job criteria.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and conduct initial screenings (via video call) to assess suitability.
• Gathering feedback and follow-up interviews: Organize second-round interviews or technical tests and share feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
• Offer and contract negotiations: Discuss salary and employment conditions, prepare official offers, and finalize negotiations.
• Onboarding preparation: Ensure new hires have a smooth start.
