Job summary

Orbit Talent Solutions BV seeks a Junior Recruiter to support a space company in the Netherlands. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for 32 hours/week with 2-3 days onsite and collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to find the best fit.

You\u2019ll create job postings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and assist with offers and onboarding, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech industry.

• Offer and contract negotiations: Discuss salary and employment conditions, prepare official offers, and finalize negotiations.
• Onboarding preparation: Ensure new hires have a smooth start.

At Orbit Talent Solutions, we help space and hightech companies find the talent they need to grow. Through our embedded Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model, our recruiters work directly within the client's organization, acting as their internal talent team.

We are currently supporting a rapidly evolving space company in the Netherlands and are looking for a Junior Recruiter to help drive their expansion. You'll be working directly within a real space company!

What Will You Do?

As a Junior Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to find the best fit. This includes:

What We Ask of You

• 32 hours per week availability, with 2-3 days onsite at the client's location in the Netherlands.
• BSc-level thinking and working (education is not the main focus).
• Must already live in the Netherlands. Relocation is not an option.
• Previous experience in (technical) recruitment is a plus, but not required.
• Genuine interest in technology, space, and high-tech industries.
• A people person: You thrive on social interactions and enjoy working with others.
• Eager to learn: You have a strong desire to dive deep into recruitment, space, and high-tech.
• Confident personality: Not afraid to reach out and build new connections.
• Enthusiastic, driven, and proactive.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong plus.
• Driver’s license.
