Job summary

Creative Fabrica is hiring a Junior IT Support to own day-to-day IT, drive automation, and build AI-assisted fixes at our Amsterdam HQ. You’ll learn by solving real problems, evolve beyond a traditional helpdesk, and bring energy to fix issues for good.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, laptop setup, and tooling access while expanding automation across the team. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

Hands-on automation experience with scripts or AI agents.
Energy and urgency to learn, fix things fast and own problems.
Ownership mindset with proactive follow-through.
Early career IT support experience or relevant study program.
Comfortable with Mac and Windows, basic IT account management.
Fluent English; Dutch not required.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to IT person in Jira and resolve requests quickly with clear explanations.
Set up Mac and Windows laptops; manage onboarding and offboarding.
Automate repetitive tasks using scripts and AI agents.
Manage Google Workspace accounts and access; be the first point of contact for tools.
Maintain office tech: screens, meeting rooms, printers, networking, access systems.
Track hardware and inventory from ordering to returns.
Contribute to setting up the new Herengracht office.
