Job summary

INDG|Grip in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on IT Generalist to own day-to-day IT operations across cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll troubleshoot issues, improve IT processes, and support colleagues in Amsterdam, Romania, and remote teams.

You will work closely with the IT Managers in the Netherlands and Romania, handling Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure/Entra ID, Windows and macOS, and maintaining documentation to keep production services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT generalist with 2+ years in a similar role.
• Solid administration experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, Wi‑Fi.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is useful but not required.
• Comfort with Windows, macOS, and Linux command line.

Responsibilities

• Own support across people, devices, and access; resolve first- and second-line issues for onsite and remote workers.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure/Entra ID; handle accounts, groups, mailboxes, and access rights.
• Set up laptops/workstations and track hardware from onboarding to retirement.
• Support creative production systems and associated software/licensing, including Adobe/Autodesk environments.
• Improve IT operations by maintaining runbooks, documenting processes, and identifying automation opportunities.
