Catawiki is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist in Amsterdam to join our People & IT environment. You’ll support internal teams by taking over tasks from our external reverse logistics vendor and contribute to employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to one year of IT support experience, offering hands-on hardware management, eSIM provisioning, and cross-team collaboration with vendors and shipment

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of IT support experience or related role.
• Recent graduates welcome; up to one year in IT support.
• Experience onboarding and offboarding processes preferred.
• Willing to be hands-on in the office four days a week.
• Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

• Onboarding: Ensure IT equipment for new employees is ready, including cables, keyboards, etc.
