Job summary

An multinational defence organisation in The Hague is seeking a candidate to run movement and records of IT assets. You will receive and dispatch equipment, keep asset data accurate, and turn around service requests without letting the backlog grow.

You will work mainly within ICT logistics, using an enterprise asset management toolset and an ITSM ticketing system, alongside teams that rely on correct hardware delivery to desks.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management in an enterprise context.
• Hands-on use of asset management tooling and ITSM systems.
• Experience recording and processing assets in and out.
• Knowledge of inventory methods in enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing assets, keeping physical reality and records in step.
• Record and maintain asset data in asset management tooling.
• Monitor and process service requests through the ITSM system.
• Support inventory and asset management within an enterprise business app.
• Handle related logistics duties as the work requires.
