Everience is looking for 5 Junior Account Managers / Administrative Assistants for a great assignment in Rotterdam. The work is mainly administrative and supportive, ideal for a starter or young professional aiming to gain experience in a large international organization.

You'll join a Policy Management team, handling insurance policy processing, data checks, and coordinating with brokers. Strong Excel skills and Dutch fluency are required; English is also needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (HBO) level working and thinking.
• Starter, junior or young professional.

• Affinity with administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and checking insurance policies.
• Processing and checking data.
• Drawing up allocation schedules.
• Providing administrative support to brokers.
• Coordinating with teams such as Invoicing.
• Working with Excel and internal systems.
• Spotting errors and ensuring accurate processing.
• Suggesting improvements to administrative processes.
