Job summary

adm-Indicia in the Netherlands seeks an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join the client team. You will manage Premiums opportunities from brief through sourcing, production and delivery, while building strong cross‑client relationships and spotting new value across campaigns and activations.

The role combines Premiums expertise with a commercial mindset, and requires Dutch and English fluency. Hybrid work is offered with three days per week at the Rotterdam client office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' relevant experience within Premiums, promotional merchandise, branded products, product sourcing/development or a closely related marketing services environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing Premiums or branded-product projects from brief through sourcing/production to delivery.
• Fluent Dutch and a good professional working level of English; hybrid work, three days per week at Rotterdam client office.

Responsibilities

• Client development and growth: build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and proactive Premiums partner.
• Premiums development and delivery: own projects end-to-end from opportunity to final delivery.
• Work with sourcing teams and suppliers to balance quality, cost, sustainability and lead time.
• Develop estimates, proposals and recommendations for clients with transparency and value.
• Present Premiums concepts and commercial proposals to client stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams, sourcing partners and suppliers to meet timelines and standards.
• Maintain visibility over budgets, timelines, approvals and milestones, resolving delivery issues.
