SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Rotterdam is seeking a junior Account Manager to support a Key Account Manager in handling several customer relationships. You will coordinate promotional activities, check pricing, and maintain an overview of customers, activities and deadlines.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is at the beginning of their commercial career and wants to develop within account management. The role offers a hybrid working model, with around 3 days per week in the office and 2 days

Qualifications

• Fluent or native Dutch is required.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Able to maintain an overview and work independently.
• Commercially minded and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Accurate and detail-oriented, especially with prices and data.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Comfortable creating presentations in PowerPoint.
• Experience with promotional planning is important.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan promotional activities with customers.
• Ensure promotions are correctly entered into the relevant systems.
• Maintain and check price lists and pricing information.
• Use Excel to check and analyse commercial data.
• Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
• Maintain contact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Keep a clear overview of multiple customers, activities and deadlines.
• Follow up on agreements and actions.
• Support product launches and other commercial activities.
• Visit customers approximately once per month or quarter.
