Job summary

Everience in Rotterdam is seeking 5 Junior Account Managers / Administrative Assistants to join our Policy Management team. The work is primarily administrative and supportive, ideal for starters who want to gain experience in a large international organisation.

You will draft and check insurance policies, process data, coordinate with brokers, and use Excel and internal systems. Fluency in Dutch and good English are required, along with a structured, accurate approach and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's HBO level of working and thinking.
• Starter, junior or young professional.
• Accurate, structured work style.
• Affinity with administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and checking insurance policies.

• Spotting errors and ensuring files are processed correctly.
• Thinking on how to improve administrative processes.
