Job summary

adm Indicia is seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our Netherlands client team. You will manage Premiums opportunities from brief to delivery, build strong client relationships, and proactively identify value across campaigns and activations.

Fluent Dutch and strong English are required. The role is hybrid, with three days per week at the Rotterdam client office, and offers an opportunity to grow with a proactive, commercial mindset within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience within Premiums, promotional merchandise or product development.
• Experience managing premiums/branded-product projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, estimates or proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop premiums opportunities end-to-end from brief through sourcing, production and delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify cross-brand opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timelines, budgets and quality targets are met.
• Maintain visibility of project budgets, milestones and key approvals, escalating issues as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow revenue and add value for clients.
