Job summary

Indicia Ltd in Rotterdam is seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager with strong Premiums knowledge and client management experience. You will oversee Premiums opportunities from brief through sourcing, production and delivery, while identifying new opportunities beyond current briefs.

You will build relationships across client teams, understand activation plans, and proactively add value with creative Premiums concepts.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Premiums, promotional merchandise, or related marketing services.
Experience managing Premiums or branded-product projects from brief to delivery.
Direct client interaction or senior stakeholder engagement experience.
Proven ability to identify opportunities beyond briefs.
Commercial awareness with budgets, estimates or proposals.
Ability to collaborate across internal teams, sourcing specialists and suppliers.
Fluent Dutch and professional English.
Hybrid work, three days per week at Rotterdam client office.

Responsibilities

Develop client relationships as a proactive Premiums partner.
Identify and grow Premiums opportunities across brands and areas.
Maintain a forward-looking Premiums pipeline aligned to campaigns and launches.
Translate client briefs into viable Premiums concepts and solutions.
Lead end-to-end Premiums projects including production and delivery.
Coordinate with sourcing teams and suppliers to balance quality, cost and lead time.
Present concepts and proposals to stakeholders with clear value.
Manage budgets, timelines and milestones, resolving delivery issues.
