Job summary

SPS Commerce is a leading cloud-based provider of supply chain management solutions with a global client network. The Senior Project Manager leads implementations for SPS Commerce Clients, coordinating with clients and internal teams to define scope, milestones, and outcomes.

In-office role at our Breukelen, Netherlands, with multiple stakeholders and a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget results while driving process improvements and change management across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record managing a high volume of concurrent projects.
• Understanding of processes/services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytic ability.
• Quality-focused, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support.
• Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery aspects of the implementation project to ensure deliverables are completed on time and in budget while managing project risks and issues and flagging to relevant stakeholders accordingly.
• Define and communicate expectations for productivity and quality measurements by maintaining consistent processes across the team and organization.
• Demonstrate the ability to apply technical, professional, or product expertise to real work situations.
• Complete post-project analysis and drive positive project outcomes, team results and effective change management.
