Recranet is seeking a Booking Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers in the tourism sector. You will assist campsites, hotels, and rental operators with questions about our reservation system and learn the software to become a specialist.

You will grow with us, with potential progression to onboarding specialist, advisor, or account manager. Dutch and English fluency, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HBO work and thinking level.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English in writing and speaking.
• Strong verbal, communicative, and analytical skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• High degree of independence and responsibility.
• Non-smoker/vaper policy.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by email and phone for our reservation software.
• Learn and become a specialist in the reservation software and assist clients in tourism and recreation sectors.
• Advancement paths include onboarding specialist, advisor, or account manager.
