Job summary

Recranet, in the Zeeland-Middelburg region, seeks a Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to guide tourism clients through onboarding and long-term adoption of our reservation software, websites and marketing tools.

You’ll monitor projects, advise on growth and automation, uncover commercial opportunities with sales, and build lasting relationships with campsites, holiday parks and rental operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level.
• Experience in a role as project manager, account manager, or customer success manager.
• Experience with online marketing / software / digital (preferred).
• Commercial mindset and persuasive power.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in the implementation of Recranet (software, website, and marketing).
• Monitor planning, progress, and quality of projects.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and a strong first impression.
• Continuously advise customers on growth, optimization, and automation.
• Identify commercial opportunities (upsell / cross-sell) and translate them into concrete actions (with sales colleagues).
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customers become ambassadors of Recranet.
• Work intensively with colleagues from development, marketing, and support.
• Translate customer feedback into improvements in product and processes.
