Job summary

Recranet, a Netherlands-based provider of tourism tech, seeks a Head of International Growth to lead European expansion. You will identify markets, translate our proposition to local contexts, and build a scalable international sales engine.

You will recruit and guide local sales colleagues, open doors, develop partners, and align Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to open or develop at least one international market.
• Strong in B2B sales and capable of guiding strategic deals.
• Experience in leisure, hospitality, travel tech, or a related SaaS market.
• Attracted, led, or enabled commercial professionals to succeed.
• Able to switch between strategy and execution and travel within Europe.
• English proficiency at a professional level; Dutch/German/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch new countries by tailoring propositions to local markets.
• Recruit first local sales colleagues per country and build networks.
• Act as player-coach, opening doors and guiding strategic sales trajectories.
• Build a predictable commercial foundation with a strong pipeline.
• Develop a local partner network with industry groups and tech partners.
• Expand successful markets and grow an international team.
