Job summary

CleanJack, a data-driven Time & Attendance specialist in Zoetermeer, seeks a Customer Success Manager who ensures customers derive maximum value from our AI-powered software. You link customers, product, and deployment, guiding implementations.

You train users, run reviews, analyze KPIs, and work with Sales, Support, and Development to drive growth. Dutch and English are essential, with several years in SaaS or consultancy and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
• Several years of experience in Customer Success, Consultancy, Project Management, or SaaS.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent Dutch and good English.

Responsibilities

• Guide implementations and ensure customers derive value from innovations.
• Translate customer experiences into new functionalities.
• Coach customers through the journey and act as ambassador for software.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Software Development.
• Analyze KPIs and management reports; conduct periodic reviews.
