Job summary
Flex IT Distribution is looking to hire a Junior Account Manager to support the sales team with lead generation and customer follow-up. You will build strong customer relationships, contribute to commercial opportunities, and gain deep insight into ITAD, pricing and circular IT processes.
Join us to work with CRM systems, stay structured, and drive results through a commission-based component and travel allowances.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or commercial support.
- Commercial education or equivalent experience.
- Strong communicator and not afraid to contact prospects.
- Structured approach with a clear overview.
- Competitive and results-oriented.
- Interest in IT, sustainability and circular economy.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with lead generation and customer follow-up
- Preparing and following up on commercial opportunities
- Building your own customer relationships
- Gaining insight into ITAD, pricing, remarketing and circular IT processes
- Working with CRM systems and handling administrative follow-up
- Actively contributing to achieving commercial targets
