Job summary

Prodrive Technologies – Power Conversion is seeking a Junior Account Manager to own customer relationships and drive growth within a high‑tech manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with experienced account managers and technical teams to ensure outstanding service while identifying opportunities to expand the business.

In this role, you will manage quotations, support account strategies, and coordinate activities across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a high-tech environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven and eager to learn.
• Understanding of technical products and development processes is advantageous.
• Hands-on, proactive, and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
• Support day-to-day commercial activities and customer requests.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial proposals.
• Assist in the development and execution of customer account plans.
• Coordinate activities between customers and internal teams.
• Support forecasting and demand planning processes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data.
