Job summary

Corbion is seeking a Service Management Specialist to shape and improve IT service delivery across a global organization. You will own ITIL-based processes and manage the current Topdesk platform while preparing for a transition to ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and improving ITSM processes (incident, change, problem, service request).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and certifications valued (ITIL v4 preferred).
• Proven experience working with multi-vendor IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
• Serve as functional owner of the ITSM platform (Topdesk) and drive automation/integrations.
• Lead migration preparations toward ServiceNow and ensure effective governance and reporting.
