Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer, sales support or marketing experience in an industrial environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• SAP and Power BI experience beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Business English and Italian at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Work with dealers and warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Work with the technical department, suppliers, and HQ to deal with technical queries and solve parts issues.
• Monitor priorities of dealer orders according to their ordering request such as breakdown orders or stock orders.
• Visit dealers and identify improvement areas.
• Develop regional sales and marketing strategy to help dealers to improve their aftersales service capabilities.
• Develop and plan sales promotional campaigns.
• Monitor pricing levels and make recommendations.
• Monitor dealer inventory levels and make stocking recommendations.
• Make parts recommendation list to new dealers as well as for newly launched models.
• Provide parts system training to dealers.
