Qualifications

• Knowledge of the full process of logistics.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with dealers and Spare Parts warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Collaborate with the technical department to answer dealer technical queries.
• Assist suppliers in solving outstanding spare parts issues on time.

Skills

Fluent in French or German and English

3+ years of experience in after-sales positions

Proficient in data/statistical analysis

Operational experience in SAP
