Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Support Representative to manage order-to-invoice cycles and coordinate rental and filter exchange services across multiple European markets. You will liaise with production teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role offers an international environment across the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany, with an initial fully office-based setup and a Friday work-from-home option

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Dutch, English, and a minimum B2 level in French, for daily contact with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial or communications field
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, sales administration, or commercial support role, with a solid understanding of the full order-to-invoice cycle
• Demonstrable experience with an ERP or order management system such as SAP or a comparable platform
• Strong organisational discipline and the ability to juggle multiple markets and task types while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the role's output, including making decisions independently when colleagues are unavailable
• A calm, structured approach when faced with high-pressure periods or irregular administrative situations
• SAP HANA experience is a plus
• Background in a production, manufacturing, or technical wholesale environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle across two markets, from initial receipt through confirmed dispatch and invoicing
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations for both markets
• Enter and maintain accurate order data in the ERP system
• Handle invoicing and ensure correct documentation reaches both clients and internal finance
• Monitor order progress and flag issues around delivery timing, stock availability, or customer specifications
• Plan and coordinate the field technicians' schedule for rental and filter exchanges, ensuring products reach sites on right dates
• Reconcile scanning data from field technicians after site visits and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate returns of used products from client sites to the central reconditioning facility
• Serve as the primary backoffice contact for the field team on service-related questions
• Provide day-to-day operational support to two field-based sales colleagues who spend significant time visiting clients
• Respond to customer queries when field colleagues are unavailable
• Contribute to an orderly and well-maintained sales administration for the field team to focus on client relationships
