Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Business Development Manager for its ITAD division. The role will be the first dedicated commercial hire, acting as a hunter to build enterprise client pipelines, secure buyback programs, and drive revenue growth. Hybrid work in the Netherlands is available as the business scales.

You will leverage an established network and have opportunities to lead a sales team in the future. A strong English background is required, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years in ITAD, IT brokerage, refurbished hardware sales or similar.
• Established market network.
• A hunter with a commission-driven mindset.
• Professional English; French, German or Spanish a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

Aufgaben

• Win new ITAD, buyback, refurbishment and asset recovery business with enterprise clients.
• Build pipeline using your network of end users, brokers and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations and Services to shape and price deals.
• Attend international events roughly every other month.
• Help scale and professionalise the ITAD offering as it grows.
