Job summary

Search X Recruitment is looking for an IT Support professional to be the first contact for our Dutch-speaking customers. You will handle phone and ticket inquiries, determine solutions, and route more complex issues to second-line support when needed.

You should communicate clearly in Dutch, be analytically minded, and enjoy learning about the software and its applications. The role offers a stable full-time position with a gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,800, along with vacation days

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities
