Job summary

DENS BV develops and delivers advanced mobile energy and battery solutions from Helmond, the Netherlands. The IT team maintains the infrastructure that supports engineering, production and service, enabling fast communication and quick decisions.

You will manage and optimise our IT systems, install and configure servers, monitor incidents, participate in IT projects and ensure secure, up-to-date environments. You will document processes and assist colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field; hands-on IT experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, virtualization and 365 management.
• Strong networking basics and ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise IT infrastructure, networks and systems.
• Install, configure and maintain servers, hardware and software.
• Monitor incidents and resolve proactively before impact.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute technical solutions.
• Ensure data security, backups and timely updates.
• Document processes and systems for team knowledge.
• Provide hands-on IT support for colleagues.
