Job summary

Munro Group in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Intern to support a dynamic team in day-to-day IT operations. In this hands-on role, you will assist colleagues, manage devices, and contribute to IT improvement projects.

We're looking for a curious and reliable individual currently enrolled in IT-related studies. The internship offers a monthly compensation of €600, and a possibility to rent an intern apartment.

Qualifications

About the internship

As an IT Intern, you will be part of a small, hands‑on IT environment supporting colleagues across the organization. You’ll gain exposure to modern workplaces, devices, and cloud‑based tools.

Responsibilities

• Supporting colleagues with day‑to‑day IT questions (hardware, software, and accounts).
• Assisting with user onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access).
• Helping manage laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Assisting with basic networking and connectivity issues.
• Documenting IT procedures and setups.
• Supporting small IT improvement or optimisation projects.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is curious, reliable, and eager to learn.

• You are enrolled in an MBO or HBO IT‑related study (ICT, System & Network Management, Software / IT support, etc.).
• You have affinity with Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• You are interested in cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune is a plus).
• You enjoy helping people and have good communication skills.
• You can work independently and take responsibility.
• You are proactive, solution‑oriented, and detail‑focused.
• You have a good command of English.
• You are available for at least 5 months starting from August or September 2026.
