Job summary

ESP Global Services in Zwolle, Netherlands, is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer on a fixed 12-month contract to deliver hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and network issues across the enterprise. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and OS problems and assist with security updates.

On-site hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Requirements include 1–3 years in IT infrastructure support, fluent Dutch and English (B2), Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and

Qualifications

1–3 years IT infrastructure support experience.
Proficient Dutch and English (B2).
Good command of Windows OS.
Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience.
Wireless networking knowledge.
Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations.
Experience with Active Directory.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
Troubleshoot Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
Manage Active Directory tasks.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
