Job summary

Catawiki is seeking an IT Support intern in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You will gain hands-on experience in how an IT team supports the organization and its stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

You'll handle end-user issues, assist with device provisioning and lifecycle, and document solutions to help the team. The role promotes learning, collaboration, and real impact in a scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch university and remain enrolled for the entire duration of the internship.
• Experience in IT helpdesk or user support is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• End-user support: serve as first point of contact for technical issues and help users resolve day-to-day problems.
• Device management: assist with provisioning, setup, and lifecycle of company laptops and hardware.
• Documentation: record solutions and share knowledge with colleagues.
