Job summary

Catawiki seeks an IT Support Lead to deliver reliable, secure technology for colleagues. You’ll lead day‑to‑day IT support, own the employee IT lifecycle, and drive improvements in processes and service standards. This hands‑on leadership role combines technical support with operational ownership and stakeholder management.

You’ll oversee onboarding to offboarding, manage eSIM services, inventory, and workplace technology while building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support, workplace tech, or IT operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team, with 2–3 years in people management.
• Hands‑on support across macOS, workspace apps, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT support operations, prioritize incidents, and maintain high service levels.
• Oversee onboarding to offboarding, device provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships.
• Improve security, compliance, and risk management across IT systems.
• Drive continuous service improvement and stakeholder communication.
