Job summary

Catawiki is seeking an Office Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in facility and office operations at our Amsterdam office. You will support day-to-day building services, manage stock, assist in event planning, and help onboard new joiners while collaborating with teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship, pursuing a degree in human resources, office management, hospitality, tourism or another related field.
• Availability to start immediately.
• Excellent social communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar tools.
• Willingness to help and support others with a growth mindset.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to perform practical tasks.
• On-site presence required, four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the office management team in day-to-day issues to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
• Order office supplies and manage stock inventory.
• Prepare regional and international shipments with couriers.
• Check invoices for accuracy and accounting.
• Update the internal office management manual.
• Maintain office cleanliness and stock management.
