Recruit top IT candidates and serve as their main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with suitable opportunities Evaluate candidates’ experience and opportunities through the screening process Understand clients’ business and IT initiatives, as well as their technical and cultural environments, to match consultants’ career goals with hiring needs Negotiate compensation packages, including wages and benefits, to attract and hire candidates for clients
