Amoria Bond is a recruitment consultancy connecting leading organizations with IT, Advanced Engineering, and Life Sciences professionals across Europe. We seek a proactive sales professional to win new business, grow accounts, and head-hunt top talent for our clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, negotiating terms and facilitating successful placements, while working in Amsterdam or surrounding areas with uncapped commissions and a structured career path.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience is required.
• Fluent in Dutch or German and English.
• Able to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and live near Amsterdam.
