Job summary

Randstad Digital ищет IT-проектного менеджера для работы с ведущими клиентами, от коммерческих компаний до государственных учреждений. Вы будете руководить проектами, управлять бюджетами и качеством, внедрять переход к облаку и развивать AI & Data платформы.

Вы сможете консультировать клиентов, руководить командами и участвовать в формировании рыночных предложений, а также развивать IT-сообщества и обучать сотрудников через Randstad Digital Academy.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в области бизнес-информатики, информационных систем или сопоставимой области.
• Не менее 5 лет опыта реализации крупных IT-проектов (облако, AI & Data, разработка ПО, кибербезопасность, ERP/CRM).
• Не менее 2 лет — в госсекторе, банковской/ритейловой/авиационной/телеком или другой критической отрасли.
• Наличие международных сертификаций по управлению проектами (PRINCE2/IPMA/PMP)
• Свободное владение голландским и английским языками.
• Проактивный коммуникатор с коммерческими навыками.
• Опыт консультирования/временного размещения будет преимуществом.

Responsibilities

Advise clients at strategic and tactical level. Lead multidisciplinary IT teams. Ensure that agreements on budget and quality are met, and take full responsibility for Delivery. Lead the transition to the Cloud, the modernisation of the data infrastructure and the rollout of a new AI & Data platform. Integrate GenAI applications to significantly improve the operational efficiency of your team and the client. Connect the business side, which follows waterfall planning, with the IT department, which works according to an Agile approach. Streamline work processes through targeted organisational advice and Lean optimisation. Guide employees through the change process and help them adapt to the new culture. Give practical workshops, organise peer-review sessions or take the initiative in building and leading our IT communities. Use your strategic insight to develop innovative market propositions and contribute to winning tenders and bids.

Требования:

A completed HBO or WO degree in Business Information Systems, Business IT & Management, Computer Science or a comparable field. At least 5 years of experience successfully delivering large-scale IT projects (such as Cloud migrations, AI & Data, Software Development, Cyber Security, ERP/CRM implementations). At least 2 years of experience in central or local government and in banking, retail, aviation, telecoms or another critical industry. Holder of multiple recognised certifications in Project Management, such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP or comparable. Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Proactive connector with commercial skills. Knowledge holder who takes a leading role. Strong communication and advisory skills. Условия:

• A salary between €4,900 and €6,600 gross per month based on 40 hours.


• A one-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract, based on 36 hours per week.
