Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in high-tech.
• Expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and PM methodologies.
• Experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC; optimizing logistics, ERP, order management, or production.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
• Excellent English and Dutch skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working style.
• Team spirit and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, budgets, and scope; coordinate activities and resources.
• Build strong relationships and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project budgets and financial progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) approaches.
• Optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN, or DMAIC.
• Report on KPIs, progress, and lessons learned; address deviations.
• Make timely decisions on escalations, scope changes, and deviations.
• Evaluate results, ensure smooth handover, and document lessons learned.
