Job summary

Trinamics is seeking a leader to guide the AI in HR programme end to end in a leading international high-tech environment. You will shape the AI agenda for the HR function, coordinate across HR, IT, Data and external vendors, and drive adoption at senior levels.

The role requires broad experience, passion for AI and excellent communication skills to deliver value across HR processes, governance and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI in HR programme end to end and maintain an overview of value across the HR landscape
• Define and maintain the AI in HR roadmap and portfolio with clear priorities
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and strategic decisions across the portfolio
• Drive discussion and decisions on priorities, investments and value realisation
• Embed AI into end-to-end HR processes and organisational capabilities
• Identify opportunities, gaps and future capabilities to scale AI in HR
• Align governance, implementation, sustainment and adoption with strategy
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, legal and Responsible AI requirements
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Architecture, Data, Security, Legal and external vendors
• Lead communication, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities

Job description

You lead the AI in HR programme end to end and keep an overview of how AI can create value across the entire HR landscape.

• You define and maintain the strategic AI in HR roadmap and portfolio, and translate the HR strategy into a clear AI agenda with concrete priorities.
• You make sure every initiative fits the agreed strategy, business case and target outcomes.
• You monitor progress, risks, dependencies and strategic decisions across the portfolio.
• You drive the discussion and the decisions on priorities, investments and value realisation.
• You embed AI into end-to-end HR processes, ways of working and organisational capabilities.
• You identify opportunities, gaps, overlaps and the future capabilities needed to scale AI in HR.
• You keep governance, implementation, sustain and business adoption consistently aligned with the strategy.
• You safeguard compliance with privacy, security, legal and Responsible AI requirements.
• You align HR, IT, Architecture, Data, Security, Legal and external vendors.
• You drive AI literacy and capability building within HR.
• You lead communication, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities.

Must-haves

• Strong affinity with technology and a real passion for AI, with hands-on practical experience on the topic.
• Excellent communication, change and influencing skills.
• Able to confidently handle technical conversations, functional reviews and alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Structured, yet flexible enough to keep up with the rapid developments in the field.
• Fluent in English; English is the working language.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HR processes and the HR landscape (recruitment, learning, talent, people data).
• Experience with AI governance and Responsible AI, and with privacy, security and legal requirements around AI.
• Experience working with external vendors and with IT, Architecture and Data teams.
• Bachelor or Master level of working and thinking.

• A gross salary between EUR 8,000 and EUR 9,000 per month based on 40 hours, in line with an all-in package of approximately EUR 125,000 per year.
• An assignment of 18 months in a leading international high-tech environment, with a preferred start mid to end of October.
