Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Советовать CDIO по развитию и внедрению ICT-стратегии, политики и процессов.
• Вести стратегические ключевые проекты в рамках Business Solutions и обеспечивать результаты, соответствующие ICT-стратегии.
• Сформировать и поддерживать высокоэффективную команду управления ICT-проектами, ориентированную на ценность и непрерывное улучшение.
• Обеспечивать единообразие и качество стандартов доставки проектов в департаменте.
• Направлять проектные команды в прогрессе реализации и достижении стратегических целей совместно с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Совещать CDIO по всему портфелю проектов с технологическими компонентами и соблюдению политик Risk & Compliance, архитектурного ландшафта и ICT-стратегии.
• Улучшать процессы, сотрудничество и экономическую эффективность в ICT-департаменте.
• Поддерживать взаимодействие между департаментами бизнес-решений.

• Advise the CDIO on the development and implementation of ICT strategy, policy, and processes
• Lead strategic key projects within Business Solutions and deliver outcomes aligned with the broader ICT strategy
• Build and maintain a high-performing ICT Project Management team focused on value and continuous improvement
• Ensure consistency, quality standards, and a standardized project delivery process across the department
• Guide project teams in delivery progress and achievement of strategic objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Advise the CDIO on the full portfolio of projects with technological components and ensure compliance with Risk & Compliance policies, the IT architecture landscape, and ICT strategy
• Improve processes, collaboration, and cost efficiency within the ICT department
• Support collaboration between the Business Solution Departments
• Manage strategic projects independently and ensure a smooth handover to the ICT Operations team

Требования:

• More than 9 years of relevant experience managing large and complex ICT projects
• A completed higher professional or university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience, both through informal leadership and direct reports
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with an understanding of the human side of collaboration
• Excellent stakeholder management, diplomatic, organizational awareness, and networking skills
• Relevant certifications such as IPMA (C+), MSP, PMP/PMI, Prince2, or AgilePM
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
