Вакансия предполагает создание мультииагентных систем, работу над AI‑проектами от идеи до развёртывания, развитие RAG‑пайплайнов и перевод бизнес‑потребностей в технические решения, обеспечивая надёжность, безопасность и масштабируемость.

Formación

• Степень бакалавра или магистра в Computer Science/AI/Эконометрике или эквивалChang.
• Обязательно владение голландским языком и базовые навыки Python.
• Опыт работы с LLMs, промпт-инжинирингом и интеграцией ИИ с внутренними данными.

Responsabilidades

• Строить мультииагентные системы, взаимодействующие с пользователями и внутренними системами.
• Работать над AI-проектами от идеи до развёртывания и улучшения.
• Разрабатывать RAG‑пайплайны с векторными эмбеддингами.
• Переводить бизнес‑потребности в технические решения и приоритизировать задачи.

Marketlink supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their business journey. As an independent international M&A advisor, Marktlink combines deep market knowledge with a personal and pragmatic approach. Together with our label Marktlink Exit-Ready and other services such as Transaction Services, Legal and Debt Advisory, we support entrepreneurs by preparing their business for sale and guide them throughout the entire sales or acquisition process.

Задачи

• Build multi-agent systems that communicate with users and connect to internal systems;
• Work on AI projects end to end, from brainstorming features and building the business case to developing, testing, deploying and continuously improving the solution;
• Develop RAG pipelines with vector embeddings to make our knowledge and data safely accessible;
• Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions and align on priorities with your team and stakeholders;
• Choose the right technical approach per challenge;
• Make AI output measurable: build test sets and evaluate for accuracy, hallucinations, cost and latency;
• Bring solutions to production and keep them reliable, secure and maintainable;
• Track adoption, gather feedback and iterate based on real results;
• Stay sharp on new developments in AI and bring relevant ideas back to the team.

Требования

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics or a comparable field.
• Preferably recently graduated or with your first work experience;
• Fluency in Dutch is required;
• Strong Python skills: you understand your code and debug it when things break;
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and connecting AI to internal data.
• Either via RAG, tool use or MCP;
• Familiar with AI-coding agents and able to assess generated code critically;
• Analytically strong and able to explain technical choices clearly to both engineers and non-technical colleagues;
• Curious, proactive and pragmatic, you feel at home in an environment where the landscape shifts fast.
• Будет плюсом: experience with CI/CD, API integrations or Azure (Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry) is a plus
