Qualifications

• Минимум 6 лет опыта в разработке ПО, при этом не менее 2 лет на старшей позиции.
• Сильный практический бэкэнд-опыт, владение Python или аналогичным языком.
• Опыт проектирования и эволюции рабочих бэкэнд-систем, включая API, модели данных, взаимодействия с БД и интеграции.
• Практическое знакомство с облачной инфраструктурой и автоматизированными развёртываниями.
• Сильные основы инженеринга: системное проектирование, читаемый код, смысловые тесты и систематическая отладка.
• Умение понимать и модифицировать код, включая код, созданный агентами.
• Опыт использования инструментов и агентов для AI в реальной разработке, структурирование контекста и проверка изменений.
• Готовность взять на себя ответственность за неясные задачи и принимать обоснованные trade-offs.
• Чёткая коммуникация с коллегами как техническими, так и нетехническими; умение работать в команде.
• Будет плюсом: опыт создания внутренних инструментов, улучшение AI-Workflow команды, AWS, опыт Kotlin/Spring Boot, adtech/производительность трекинга.

Advidi is an Amsterdam-based performance marketing network connecting advertisers and affiliates to create better outcomes. Its products support performance marketing through tracking, reporting, client portals, and internal systems.

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and business logic from initial requirements through production support
• Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into technical plans and software
• Design dependable APIs, integrations, and data flows, considering performance, security, failure handling, and maintainability
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and monitoring for reliable services
• Use AI coding tools and agents by defining work, providing context, guiding implementation, and validating outcomes
• Improve the team's AI development workflows and share repeatable practices
• Improve automated testing, code review, monitoring, and delivery practices
• Work with senior engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and pairing; share knowledge, challenge ideas constructively, and help colleagues improve
• Own technical work from problem discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and operation
• Help decide what to build, challenge assumptions, and make technical trade-offs in collaboration with product, design, and business colleagues
• Improve AI use in engineering by turning specifications and context into effective agent workflows

Требования:

• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a senior software engineering role
• Strong hands-on backend engineering experience, with depth in Python or another relevant language and the ability to become productive in the stack
• Experience designing and evolving production backend systems, including APIs, data models, database interactions, and integrations
• Practical familiarity with cloud infrastructure and automated deployments, and the ability to investigate service behavior in production
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including system design, readable code, meaningful tests, and methodical debugging
• Ability to reason about and modify code, including code produced by an agent
• Practical experience using AI coding tools and agents in real development work, structuring specifications and context, verifying generated changes, and judging when to change approach
• Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems, make sensible trade-offs, and follow through on delivery and production quality
